Who is responsible for your data

What we collect and why
- Application to join: your name, LinkedIn profile, intro and how you found us, to review your application.
- Partner request: your name, company and role, contact details and request, to reply to you.
- Website analytics: pages viewed, clicks, approximate location, device data and recordings of how the site is used, to understand and improve it. Text typed into form fields is masked in recordings.
Legal basis
Form submissions are processed with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), given by ticking the box on the form. Website analytics are based on our legitimate interest in improving the site (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Who processes your data
- Vercel hosts the website.
- Telegram delivers form submissions to the organiser.
- Amplitude provides website analytics.
These providers may process data outside the EU under the safeguards they offer. We do not sell your data.
How long we keep it
Applications and partner requests are kept for up to 24 months, or until you ask us to delete them. If you join the community, we keep what is needed for your membership while you are a member.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, delete, restrict or port your data, object to processing, and withdraw your consent at any time by emailing us. You can also complain to the Spanish data protection authority (AEPD).
